Frequently asked questions
Do I pay before seeing my site?
No. You first get the link to your site, built from your social pages or your current website. The subscription only starts when you decide to put it online under your own name.
What exactly does the subscription cover?
Hosting, the security certificate, the CMS that lets you edit your site yourself, technical updates and email support. On the yearly plan, the domain name is free. It does not cover edits made by us: that's what the Serenity option is for.
Why setup fees on top?
Because what costs is the time spent on your site, not the site itself. A site you generate from the form costs us nothing: setup is free. A site we finish by hand is billed once, when it goes live — and halved if you take the yearly plan.
How long am I committed for?
On the monthly plan, not at all: you cancel whenever you like from your account. The yearly plan runs for twelve months and saves you two.
What if I want an online shop?
Custom work and e-commerce sit outside the single price, because bespoke code takes more maintenance. Write to us: we'll price your project and send you a quote.
I only have an Instagram account, is that enough?
Yes. Your posts, your photos and your contact details are enough to build a first site. You then fix whatever you don't like.
